Created Issue: Synchronize All Forums does not finish in some cases

Synching multiple new forums does not work if database has been manually deleted. It goes into an infinite loop, uses 100% of the CPU for as long as you care to let it run, and does not finish.

It’s a fairly easy repro:
1. MANUALLY delete your DB
2. Subscribe to the first 2 forums in MSDN brand (en-US) (Use the default 7 days)
3. Click Synchronize All

How long it takes to go into the infinite loop varies. But, it’s not too long. I have waited as long as 22 minutes for it to wake up and finish. But, in all my tests, it has never recovered. If I synch one forum at a time, it takes about 4 - 5 minutes to finish both of them.

I have had synching multiple forums succeed when I synch 2 new forums that have little traffic and when I synch as many as 10 forums that have been recently synched…

Created Issue: Theming styles obscure combo box items

The recent changes to themes/skin added background color and color gradients to cobo boxes. IMHO, this is hard to read as it obscures the combo box items. It also makes it easy to mistake the box as being disabled because there is very little difference in the color background.

The recent changes to themes/skins caused an apparent misalignment of the Public Forum icon (and presumably the Moderator and New Forum icons too). Previously, the center of the icon lined up with the text of the forum name and description but now it is slightly below the forum name and description.

The recent changes to themes/skins reduced the number of items visible in the "Subscribe to Forums" dialog's Available Forums list. For example, with a display setting of 1024 x 768, the changes reduced the number of items visible from 5 to 4. Of course, all the items are still in the list but you have to scroll more to find what you're looking for.

Created Feature: Handle DB size limit.

The app needs to be able to handle scenario where SQL CE db size limit is reached.
- Need to notify the user with options to purge some of his old posts on the local store or backup the existing db and create a new one.

On the theaded view show the ThreadModified date.
- The root posts (Thread level object on the client) would display the Thread object's modified date.
- For child posts modified date would be blank

Shelveset: SortingAndRemembering This shelveset contains 1. Default sort on threaded post view 2. Ability to sort threaded post view by clicking the headers 3. Ability to switch between different forums and have the threaded post view remain the same (i.e. the posts you expanded will stay expanded) 4. Added the ThreadModifiedDate for roots posts (it is null\ blank for non root posts) 5. Updated database with new fields

Created Issue: Submit to DB incrementally after each BatchSize sync.

Currently when we update the db only after complete sync of the forum. Instead commit to the db after each BatchSize sync. This would give better user experience when synching a forum with lot of threads.

Make this column an Image on the threaded view and set it based on this property.
