I've just installed VS 2008 SP1 which also upgrades .NET 3.5 to SP1 and I notice Paper boy now crashes on startup. Anyone else seeing this?

There's no good organize feeds support. The minimal support in IE even seemss to be better then the support for dragging / dropping in the tree view.

- Unread items on feed/folder
- Mark all as read on folder

Couple of hot-key suggestions:
Ctrl-A support to select all feeds (and multi-select in the feed list view in general). that'll enable ctrl-a ctrl-r to mark all feeds as read.

I'm getting an Exception error when Paperboy starts up. If I delete all the icons the program will start.
