Attached is a ZIP file with ALL source code to everything (400+ files). First, look inside the zip file BEFORE unzipping it because it want's to put stuff into two directories.

C:\Documents and Settings\fvolking\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005

I do not know how to make VS2005 do what I want. So I hope you can get it running.
