Added StartPosition and FormBorderStyle to FormSmartPartInfo and implemented them in FormWorkspace
Added a Help|About dialog to the DemoApp to demonstrate use of the FormWorkspace - I've put this in the InfrastructureModule for now (common to the whole app)

- putting dialog result into WindowSmartPartInfo
- Window workspace now disconnects smart parts from host window after window is closed
- various strategies and services now support cleaning up from threads other than the one the control belongs to. ie. it is now possible to have multiple UI threads |
