Updated ExamplePlugIn and SharpMTPlugIn2 to use the Solution-based SharpMTExtension output
Updated the Build Event for ExamplePlugIn and SharpMTPlugIn2 to be configuration independent
Removed the VSInstall projects from all three SLN files
Fixed a problem with resources that went missing in Pocket SharpMT
