I'm a young sharepoint developer employed by devoteam.
I work as a full time sharepoint developer in a great team.
We deliver "full-package" sharepoint solutions for our clients.
This requires some (to a lot) modifications from time to time and thats how any developer is lead to the kingdom of codeplex.
I have recently started some projects of my own and as they mature they might appear here on codeplex so check back from time to time :-) .
