Profile: 

I have been a practitioner of Knowledge Management since 2001. I define KM as a Business Strategy and Discipline that drives sustainable business advantage by integrating approaches to support the creation and management of our firm's intellectual capital.

As steward of the Knowledge Management strategy for Solomon Edwards Group, LLC (SEG), I leverage our investment in Microsoft SharePoint Portal and Team Sites to enhance the intellectual capital and perfect service delivery to our clients. I constantly strive to improve business processes by developing creative uses for SharePoint and integrating these online collaboration tools and processes into every employees day to day tasks.

Prior to joining SEG, I spent 17 years with Unisys Corporation where I led the Knowledge Management program in my business unit (Global Infrastructure Services). My efforts helped Unisys win the coveted DCI and DM Review Portal Excellence Award for Best Knowledge Management System in 2005.

I am an Executive Committee member of the Knowledge Management Group of Philadelphia. (www.kmgphila.org) I have presented numerous times on SharePoint, Knowledge Management concepts, and Communities of Practice. I have a BS in Management and MBA in New Ventures from Pennsylvania State University.
