The CRM community guru, I've been working at Microsoft for over 17 years. Most of that time I've been a tech writer or manager for various and sundry SDKs such as the Windows NT SDK, Exchange SDK, Backoffice SDK, and for eight years I was the manager of the Visual Studio SDK.
Before that I spent 20 years in the U.S. Army retiring as a Major in the Corps of Engineers. On my weekends you can often find me playing saxophone in a number of jazz bands.
