Yang Cao is currently a GIS Ph.D. student of Liaoning Technical University. She received her B.S. in Geographic Information System and her M.S. in Cartography and Geographic Information System from the Liaoning Technical University respectively in June 2006 and in January 2009. She has been a programmer of Hydrodesktop Project and is interested in spatial data mining.
