As a former developer, I have spent quite a bit of time understanding the inner working of CRM and making it do things it shouldn't :-) Another interest of mine is integration platforms. I have implemented numerous integrations involving Microsoft CRM, Dynamics GP and Salesforce.com. I was the primary developer on a custom integration engine and have signficant experience implementing packaged solutions such as Scribe and Boomi.
