I worked at Microsoft for 8+ years, where I worked in MTS/MSMQ middleware stuff, was Architect of patterns & practices (coined 'Application Blocks', did EntLib, CAB, ObjectBuilder, etc; and was one of the pioneering groups adopting agile methodologies in MS) and later architect of an internal prototyping team (hush hush stuff)
