Henrik I Christensen is the KUKA Chair of Robotics and the director of Robotics and Intelligent Machines at Georgia Institute of Technology. He earned his initial degree in Mechanical Engineering and subsequently M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Aalborg University in the area of Electrical Engineering. His main research is on computer vision, robotics and artificial intelligence. He has published more than 250 contributions on active vision, mapping and localization, cogntive systems and systems integration.
