My name is Jérôme Noirfalise.I'm currently SharePoint Solutions Architect @ System Solutions Luxembourg SA where my specialities are:
- Defining development guidelines based on MS Best Practices (SharePoint Guidance)
- Development life cycle methodology based on the Microsoft Solution Framework
- Technical leadership (coaching, supervising, training)
- Developing applications and business solutions
- Installing, configuring and customizing SharePoint environment

My goal is to improve myself every day with new challenges thanks to my company and self-training. As you can see in my profile, I'm very active in Microsoft technologies and more specially SharePoint 2007 (installation, configuration and custom developments).
So, getting experiences, self-learning, blogging, writing articles and attending events are different ways to keep in touch with the latest technologies such as SharePoint 2007.
