Stephen began his career in New Zealand working for a small development and consulting company in Auckland. Since leaving New Zealand, Stephen has worked with international software vendors in Australia and the United Kingdom to provide solutions that exceed expectations and achieve phenomenal return on investment.
Stephen has been involved in CRM programs from inception and pre-sales to post delivery support. He has managed and consulted on European Wide CRM programmes, working with marketing teams across Europe to increase marketing effectiveness through enhanced data quality, improved Campaign Management and Lead Management processes.
Stephen has managed the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions for Marketing, Sales and Customer Service departments of large corporations. These solutions provide exceptional insight into complex trends and interactions across a multitude of applications
