Another big passion of Wiebe is coaching and sharing of knowledge, either in a classroom or with social media.
Wiebe is a full professor at the Utrecht University of Applied sciences on the chair of Information System Architectures. He is also a qualified global facilitator at the Capgemini University Les Fontaines near Paris where he teaches both enterprise architecture and solution architecture.
The past twenty years he has been involved with system development, IT consulting and architecture, starting with his own company and later on in the IT industry as senior-programmer, project-leader and gradually evolved towards software and enterprise architectures, delivery process enigineering, software development factories and CMMI coaching.
Wiebe comes from an expat background and performs very well in international settings and has good language skills with several foreign languages.,
