* Created the functionality to Seek video playback to a specific time, based on an external link.
* Added "sample_bookmark.html" file demonstrating how to call the scriptable method “SeekPlayback” in Page.xaml
* Fixed defect that would throw an exception if marker file has closed captions, but mute is checked. |

Added option to change auto hide feature of controls (default still hides) and removed ASPNET pages that weren't being used and nonfunctional. |

First attempt at adding Closed Captioning to video player.
* Updated btnSpeaker to be a toglebutton and better visualize muted state
* changed Xml parsing to look at Type to determin CC or Marker
* Wrote control to display closed captining from Markers
