Added support for TextWithId records.
Fixed issue with complex content where the property value was a property.
Fixed issue where a content property value could be mistaken for a markup extension.
Fixed issue whereby an element should have been a ctor argument rather than a parameter.
Added readability change to prefix single character keys with the string id value.
