- bugfixing:
- own contact id was in contact id list when StartInstantMessageConversation method was called
- updated Updatestatus method and added User parameter to SkypeContract class
- updated constructor of SkypePresenceChangedEventArgs
- disabled VideoConversation_Multiparty capability, because it's not supported by Skype
- changed Mapping form: add current skype username to skypeusers list

- Moved initialization of skype COM object out of the constructor
- disabled tagging -> investigation is nessasary about how it should work/how to integrate
- plugin only runs when skye is running
- autosignin -> when skye don't run start it
- ignore removed from AddUsers -> don't work as aspected
-> goal was plugin should't ask again if user was ignored
- todo:
closing Add Contact dialog after mapping user
