Added code to handle template parameters in mail messages and subject texts.
It currently supports query string parameters ([@querystring]), cookie values ([%cookiename]), and template parameters like [#pageName].
Also included three new macro parameters: FormFromEmailName, FormFormEmailSenderAddress and FormReplyToEmailAddress. These can be used to have a different visible address (and name) than the one used to actually send the mail.
