Added Page Flow Guidance Package Setup

Added Page Flow Application Block (with XML PageFlow Provider), Page Flow Guidance Package and PageFlowWithShoppingCart QuickStart. These assets are independant of WC-SF and work with VS 2008 and GAT/GAX1.4.

Fixed bug in CreateSharedParameterResolver.cs

Added CreateShared attribute extension and also a sample web site.
The CreateShared attribute creates instances of objects that are shared within a single HttpContext.
This allows for instance multiple presenters to share a common controller instance which enables communication between them.

(Note that this is built in VS2008 against WCSF 2.0 feb 2008 binaries.)

Added styles to the ModalPopup extenders and changed DataFormatString property in all GridView controls.

Added ValidatorCalloutExtender control to all validations rules.

Added ServerSideValidatorExtender control to validate if username already exists.

The E-Commerce Catalog is a Web Client Software Factory 2.0 application intended to: show recommended practices in incremental Web development; demonstrate how a WC-SF project can be faced and developed; and demonstrate how Web Client Software Factory 2.0 assets help to solve common technical challenges.

The EventBroker code is a full solution on its own which may just be fetched and run. Contains EventBroker extension project as well as UnitTests and QuickStart demo webb application.
