Missing a map from the string representation of an enum of the category back to a short to display in the Windows Event Log. The category in the windows event log always shows "None".

Trying to deploy a List Instance with a title attribute which contains a localized string will result in an "Invalid Character" error.

You should be locating this via the fields not the name. (SPListTemplateType.WorkflowHistory)

Fields should be above content type that defines it.
Remove the staticname attribute from fields
Add DisplaceOnUpgrade="True" to field attributes

Fields should be defined above the content type.
Also ...
Sealed SHOULD Be false unless there's a specific reason to seal.
Need the DisplaceOnUpgrade="TRUE" attribute on fields to force updates to ...

Suggest that you should create a small helper method that does the row, cell, label addition to reduce the number of lines of code.
