FYI: I've uploaded the code i was working on to date into the project. A couple notes on the architecture (no particular order):
1) It is broken into 2 projet - LocalWeb and TRINUG.Data
2) It uses SubSonic for most of the DAL although it is sprinkled througout the application. I didn't keep strict to my usual business/entity/DAL seperation. These are located in TRINUG.Data
3) Most of the UI is broken into reusable user controls
4) The initial layout\look & feel is very minimal and based on CSS
5) All administration modules are in the Administration folder and require users to have the Adminisrator role to gain access
6) Security Trimming Menus
7) CSSControlAdapters being used
8) Themes being used
9) Teh schema and data for the the DB asscoiated with the Checkin is located in the DB folder in the TRINUG.Data poject. Use most up to date time stamp

Known Issues:
1) Minimal CSS UI is largly untested outside of IE7 & Firefox
2) I know i have some issues I will be working out with the CSS Layout, in particular 100% height fun
3) There is no user registration area (Rob I think you said u had some of it)
4) There is no newsletter module
5) No directions page (But we have directions everywhere else, issues with having a single directions page because we have the possibility of having lots of different directions)
6) There needs to be some improvement on the UserControl UIs to provider cleaner seperation of content (flows together too much now - see SIGS link for example)
7) No RSS feeds yet (easy left till last)

Anyway it's late, I know there is more here, it's pretty beta but its a start. Will provide more details later.
