I like Criticisms, but, anonymous criticisms do raise suspicion. I always get motivated by critics. It pushes me to do better. But, I request people to also have courtesy to provide their identity when writing about VMukti, otherwise we would be forced to delete the post.

The project is on fast pace, it is one of the most active projects on the SourceForge. We have a lot of things to do. I need to get whatever short-term goals for the product I have converted into reality for the better good of the community at large. And with limitation of resources we might be unable to meet expectations fully sometimes. But, one thing I can assure you that we will stick to our commitment and dedication. We intend to build a product that helps bridge digital divide of the world.

We are putting sleepless efforts here for a cause. I seek your support and motivation along the way...all along.

I know many of you don't like 50mb download of .NET 3.0 runtime and there are others who want the product to run on Mac and Linux. Good news. We are building silverlight modules for the VMukti that will enable both. Hope to achieve this major breakthrough by the next release.

- I am looking for suggestions:

1 Should I put installation doc in, or its location is easily known? If yes, where?

2 Should I create FAQ section? Where?

3 How does Wiki seem? Usable?

COMMENTED ISSUE: Unable to login

I can't get vmukti 1.0.4.0 running under Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2 and I've tried it
on several machines- everything installed and set as per the instructions and double checked.
Had to install an SSL certificate in addition which is IIS 5.1.

When I login to http://<ip address>/vmukti/vmukti.presentation.xbap then after a short
while I get dialog box with OpenClientConsole Peer resolver exception please refer to inner
exception.

I can't then create a login as it says "Username in use" whenever I try.

What platform has this been tested on ???? If I get Windows Server or NT will it work ?

i installed vmukti on windows server 2003 and had the preblem too,

it there some wrong about our pc's enviroment, or the server software is not tested?
