Updated to fix a bug in the Subscription Management where a Feed would be added, and then disappear on Ok. (Thanks to David J, http://blog.scoop0901.net, for reporting and working with me on this)
Moved development to VS2008
A very minor tweak to the UI to fix a clipping/truncation issue bottom two Links on the main form (The bottoms of the "Manage Post Source List" and "About This Plugin" links were cut off)
Updated to the RTM version of Windows Live Writer API
The Setup was updated to avoid Vista UAC on install.

You may still get a UAC dialog because I'm not yet signing the MSI.
But at least I'm not writing to the Program Files folder or LocalMachine Registry hive...
If a previous version was installed, you may be UAC prompted when that old version is uninstalled.
