Delete list item

i´ve got a problem, i cannot delete an item of the list that is listed in my ECQ webpart... i think its a bug, have anyone fix it ??

Icons dont show up when viewing a document library

When the checkbox is turned off for "Show Context Menus for Items" when viewing a document library the icons images for the documents are displayed with an red X indicating that the image isn't there.
