International characters are wrong coded

When working with international characters (I am german) within OneNote then OneNote Web Exporter doesn't code these characters correctly.

Vista Issue

I am unable to get this to work from our Vista Business machines; the www button clicks, greys out, but has no effect. It works perfectly from our XP Professional and SBS machines.

Publish As Read-Only

It would be great to have a way to publish a notebook without the Edit in OneNote button. We would like to share the notebook with others but restrict it to read-only. Great tool, thanks!
