Very complex and not rich, intellisense this controls and Ribbon control not controlable easly, it outside of the it's own idea. sory but this project and office ribbon controls hard to work, and for now time is very important capital.... All these controls must be redesign.

Very promising control but unusable as of now because it does not support .NET 3.0 (crashes on XP with .NET 3.0, works fine on XP with .NET 3.5). Please back-port to .NET 3.0.

Hi WpfToolkit Team,
Great job. There are some bugs:
DatePicker Bug1: Changing TextBox Year, Month or Day does not Reflect to the Calender and will be replaced with old Value.
DatePicker Bug2: you can go over the Minimum and Maximum by changing the Year in Calender Window!

It's okay but the bugs start to take the shine off of it. Even if it's a side project for the WPF team and their focus is elsewhere, you need to finish what you start. Personally I would get, say a third party data grid, where that is the primary aim. Just hope we get an update before .NET 4.

Best!,
Good base, and because include Sourcecode you can track what happend and (maybe) also fix.
In otherwise, is this the best exampes for learning do complex things with wpf

Love the DataGrid, but the lack of maintenance renders the toolkit pretty much useless for most use cases. By hyping the initial release, labelling it as stable and then not providing any updates to well known bugs, MSFT is rather doing a disservice to the community.

The installer hangs up on a message "wait while the setup is determining space requirements".....(used it on Win2008 VPC, net 3.5 sp1, Studio 2008 )

It is a cool control but there is no built in support for:
- Navigation with a toolbar
- Outlook View
- Themes for Office 2007
- Interarctive Templated View

The DataGrid control, which is the important one, is buggy. For instance, try using it on a tab in a tabControl. Plus, the output is plain vanilla, with minimal ability to customize it. Why is it not the same snazzy look that the Silverlight DataGrid has?

It exists no other DataGrid with so much features like in the WPF Toolkit. I hope Microsoft will take it in their next release of .NET Framework!?

Not as expected, DataGrid must have mantainance just as Silverlight version does, i think this control must be a hight priority in Microsoft no matter the plans for .net framework 4.0 that is not of much concern for developers not this year but later so first things first dont commit the same mistake over and over again
