Added ExtractData activity. Automatically deserializes association data (instantiation data to be added). End-user typed association data is bindable to back-end field, auto deserializing the data using the configuration defined in the workflow template. Added WorkflowConfiguration internal class which handles meta-data lookup in workflow.xml to allow this feature to be used by the custom OnWorkflowActivated activity. Earlier it was encapsulated in WorkflowControlPlaceHolder.
