3. Conditions and Limitations

(A) No Trademark License- This license does not grant you rights to use any contributors' name, logo, or trademarks.

(B) If you bring a patent claim against any contributor over patents that you claim are infringed by the software, your patent license from such contributor to the software ends automatically.

(C) If you distribute any portion of the software, you must retain all copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices that are present in the software.

(D) If you distribute any portion of the software in source code form, you may do so only under this license by including a complete copy of this license with your distribution. The Resharper runner that shipped with xUnit.net 1.1 has been superseded by a newer version, available in the xUnit.net Contrib project. You may wish to visit there to get a newer version of the Resharper runner if you are experiencing bugs or other issues when running xUnit.net tests in Resharper.

If you have problems running tests in Resharper after upgrading, please see the Resharper FAQ.

Important note for TestDriven.net users:

If you are having issues running xUnit.net tests in TestDriven.net, especially on 64-bit Windows, we strongly recommend you upgrade to TD.NET version 2.19 or later.

No documentation no instructions no help files I guess if you developed something you would know how it worked but that dosent help any one else

Using IDisposable instead of TearDown makes more sense to me.
